System Requirements and Tips

For the best virtual experience, please consider the following:

  • AES 2021 Digital Select is best viewed in Google Chrome.
  • Disconnect from your employer’s VPN if you are on an employer-issued computer. Failure to do so could impact the video quality in streaming events.


Troubleshooting

If you experience difficulty, please check and try the following prior to contacting technical support:

  • Close any unused or inessential programs on your computer.
  • If your video stops or skips, refresh your browser.
  • If the video player reads ‘This event has ended’ but the event is still live, please check your internet connection.
