OVERVIEW :

Novel detection platforms have accelerated scientific discoveries of genes relevant to patients with epilepsy of all ages. The selection of patients that would most benefit from the genetic investigations, identification of the appropriate tests, and reporting of results are increasingly complex.

This interactive workshop reviews available testing platforms and outlines case scenario-driven testing algorithms. The aim is to provide practical clinical guide in selecting patients, testing methods, and the workflow involved in ordering, submitting, and reporting genetic tests.
